Life's admin, quietly taken care of.
Hello, I'm Victoria. Life is busy, and sometimes you just need someone you trust to get things done — from organising travel and sorting insurance to finding a car, dealing with household admin or tackling something you simply don't have time for.
You make one call. I take it from there.
Trust is a huge part of what I do. My clients know they can come to me with anything — however personal or private — and that it will be handled discreetly, sensitively and without judgement. Quite simply, they trust me to sort things out and keep their confidence.

About Me
A trusted person for the practical side of life.
I run The Quiet Concierge, a private personal concierge service, helping busy people with whatever life throws at them. One day that might mean booking a holiday, handling an insurance claim, sourcing the right car, finding the perfect family pet, or managing household admin. The next, it could be helping someone navigate technology, apps or online services that have made everyday tasks feel far more complicated than they need to be.
There are no call centres, no ticketing systems and no layers of people to get through — just one trusted person who gets things sorted. Over time, many of my clients come to see me less as a service and more as a reliable friend who simply makes life easier.
One area I particularly enjoy is helping the older generation. Modern life moves quickly, and many everyday tasks that used to be simple now seem unnecessarily complicated. Whether it's setting up a new phone, managing online accounts, booking appointments, dealing with apps, understanding technology or simply providing a helping hand with life's administration, I take the stress away with patience, kindness and a straightforward approach. I love giving people confidence and making modern life feel manageable again.
Before launching The Quiet Concierge, I spent many years as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive of Neste Oil before moving into HR, where I led the UK function. Between those roles, I spent over a decade managing complex schedules, solving problems, handling confidential matters and supporting people through everything from everyday challenges to significant life events.
I'm a naturally calm person and a great listener, and I often find that clients value having someone who can quietly take the pressure off, help them think through a problem and bring order to what can feel like an overwhelming situation. Whether it's resolving a practical issue or simply being a reassuring presence, I pride myself on finding sensible solutions with discretion, empathy and good judgement.
When my two children were born, I chose to step away from corporate life. The skills I developed there — organisation, discretion, efficiency, empathy and calm problem-solving — are exactly what I now offer my clients, but in a far more personal way.
Away from work, horses have always been a huge part of my life. I own event horses and spend much of my free time following their careers, travelling to competitions and supporting the incredible riders and teams who produce them. I also enjoy training my own working cocker spaniels, who are every bit as enthusiastic as the horses. Living this lifestyle has given me a practical, can-do attitude, an eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure — qualities that naturally carry through into the way I look after my clients.
Whether it's organising the everyday, solving the unexpected or simply taking something off your plate, my aim is always the same: to make life feel a little easier, quietly, efficiently and with complete discretion.
How I can help
Every client's needs are different — here's the kind of thing I help with, day to day.
Travel & trips
Flights, hotels, itineraries, and the odd rescue when plans change at the last minute.
Cars & big purchases
Sourcing the right car or making sense of a significant purchase, start to finish.
Household admin
The everyday running of a home — organised quietly, without you having to ask twice. Insurance policies, renewals, claims, and the paperwork that piles up all fall under this too.
The modern world
From new devices to apps and online accounts — I take the stress out of modern technology, with patience and zero judgement.
What clients say
What clients are saying, in their own words.
Before Victoria, most of our family phone calls turned into arguments about who was going to sort Mum and Dad's insurance, or drive them to another appointment. She's taken all of that off our plates — genuinely a godsend. We get to just be their family again, not their admin department.
Victoria was an enormous help to my parents and me when she ran the search for a new Housekeeper for them. It was quite a challenging brief. My parents live in a large country house with other members of staff, so we were looking for a very specific person - someone with the confidence, discretion and emotional intelligence to support two independent 80-year-olds while fitting seamlessly into an established household. Victoria was calm, organised and incredibly practical throughout the process. She quickly understood the dynamics of the household and the type of person who would thrive in the role. She has a wonderful ability to deal with strong-minded personalities with tact and confidence. She never becomes flustered, communicates clearly and has a reassuring way of keeping everyone focused on finding the right solution. Her judgement of people is excellent, and we always felt she understood exactly what we all needed. We were very grateful for her support and would recommend her without hesitation.
Victoria is a true superstar, I could not recommend her highly enough. No task was too big or too small for her - from sourcing luxury sheds, school uniform, children's birthday party gifts, helping with quiz night preparation, through to helping finding staff - she did everything with aplomb and with her characteristic good cheer and 'can do' attitude. She even stepped in to help with my three children during a childcare crisis. I feel truly grateful to Victoria, she is a wonder woman, and absolutely someone you want on your team and who you truly feel is always on your side.
